1Who we are
This website is operated by Verity Select Capital (in formation), the Netherlands. We are responsible for the processing of personal data described in this statement. You can reach us at contact@verityselectcapital.com.
2What we collect
When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, your email address and the content of your message.
When you visit this website, technical data such as your IP address and browser information are processed to deliver and secure the site.
3Why, and on what basis
We use your details only to answer your message and, if you are a trader, to assess whether a selection process makes sense. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and, where you ask to be considered as a trader, taking steps at your request before any agreement is entered into.
We do not use your details for marketing and we do not sell them.
4How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as needed to handle them, and no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless a working relationship follows. Technical data are kept by our providers for a limited period for security purposes.
5Who processes it for us
Cloudflare (hosting, security and cookieless visitor statistics), Supabase (database, hosted in the European Union), Brevo (email notification of messages) and Google (web fonts; your IP address reaches Google when a page loads).
Where a provider is established outside the European Economic Area, transfers take place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
6Cookies
This website places no cookies for visitors. The visitor statistics we use do not rely on cookies. The portal uses one strictly necessary session cookie for authorised users after they log in.
7Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form. Send your request to contact@verityselectcapital.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
8Changes
We may update this statement. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
